Devonshire Rivels Green, Devonshire Tarka view
Located near the beautiful River Culm, Rivel’s Green is a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes conveniently close to junction 28 on the M5 for a swift commute to Exeter and Taunton. Over 98% of homes at Rivel’s Green have now sold with only one properties left for sale.
The popular Cullompton development, has been shortlisted for the Best Large New Housing Development and the Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development. The largest business to business awards in the building control sector, the awards recognise quality in all types of building projects, rewarding excellent buildings, outstanding companies, and partnerships and individuals that go that extra mile.
Asap completed all carpentry requirements throughout the site including all kitchens and fitted wardrobes in every property.
Primrose park Plymouth for mispace
Primrose Park is a picturesque development situated off Bodmin Road, Whitleigh.
The £10.4m project comprises the construction of 72 affordable rent and shared ownership homes, all being built to meet Passivhaus design principles creating low energy, high comfort homes. The homes include six one-bedroom flats of c46m², 30 two-bedroom houses of c72m² and 27 three-bedroom houses of between 82m² and 86m².
The development off 72 brand new homes built to Passivhaus standards, meaning they will be highly energy efficient, and economical to run. The properties are designed to stay cool when it’s hot, and warm when it’s cold. They are air-tight and highly insulated, with mechanical ventilation to keep warm fresh air circulating around the house.
Petroc college Barnstaple for ISG
In 2013 we secured £10.8 million of investment to transform large parts of our North Devon Campus and create an inspiring learning environment for our learners, whilst meeting local training needs and improving the efficiency of the campus.
This investment has enabled us to build a brand new, state-of-the-art Lifestyle Centre for students on a wide range of hospitality, catering, hairdressing, beauty and tourism study programmes.
The new development houses luxury hair and beauty salons and a beautiful glass-fronted training restaurant, all of which are open to the public. This engagement with members of the public, as well as local employers, gives learners ample opportunity to hone the employability skills needed to successfully find employment on completion of their study programme.
This was successfully opened to the students and public 20th October 2016 asap completed the carpentry aspects within the lifestyle block.
The Diary Plymouth for ISG
ISG was awarded a £7 million project by global investment management firm, BlackRock, to construct a major new student accommodation scheme in Plymouth. The Dairy project sees ISG build 193 student living units on the site of former residential and university buildings in Plymouth city centre, which were demolished during an earlier phase of the development.
The seven-storey steel frame building will provide high-quality student accommodation, configured predominately as clusters with en-suite bedrooms and communal kitchen/living areas. The development includes a small number of studio apartments, along with a retail unit on the ground floor and laundry facilities for use by students. The contemporary building design features extensive areas of curtain walling to the elevations, and roof-mounted photo voltaic panels will generate emission-free electricity and enhance the building’s environmental performance.
